On behalf of Tuscarawas County Commissioners, we would like to extend to you a very big congratulations on entering your 5th year of service to Newcomerstown and the tri-county area!

This Veteran-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit is an inspiration to Tuscarawas County and brings the community together in more ways than one. TheArts Center continues to evolve by way of bringing more individuals and organizations together by offering a place for community events, fellowship, art galleries, plays, and also serves as a warm and inviting community center, which offers an arts and crafts club that is free of charge to all students in grades K-12.

TheArts Center features local artists in monthly art and photography exhibits and also established the prestigious and now coveted Manuel Yingling Music Award which is presented annually for superior musicianship and outstanding dedication.

The Arts Center has taught art and theatre classes, provided visual art and performing art experiences, finds hidden talents in creativity, fun, and explosions of color. The results and the quality speak louder than words. TheArts Center is a highly rated organization that has been filled to capacity with art lovers from all over the state.
